Our nuclear stress test allows our cardiologists to see a picture of your heart at rest and while your heart is working harder as a result of exertion or medication. The test can show the size of the heart’s chambers, how well the heart is pumping blood, and whether the heart has any damaged or dead muscle. Nuclear stress tests can also give our cardiologists information about your arteries and whether they might be narrowed or blocked because of coronary artery disease. If our physicians detect any immediate health risks to our patients during an executive physical or during the interpretation of any ultrasound exams, they will be referred to our medicalĀ facilities on the spot and provide you with preparation instructions for the exam for exclusive and immediate access to our board certified cardiologists and certified nuclear technicians.
